General information about Lyoness

There are several ways of becoming a Lyoness customer. You can sign up via internet and a few days later receive your Welcome Package alongside your personalised CashbackCard Blue. Alternatively, you may either choose to be registered by another Lyoness customer or sign up at a Lyoness partner enterprise where there are forms ready to be filled in. Your registration is naturally free of charge.
Sign up as a Lyoness customer (see item 1) and within the next few days we shall send your Lyoness Welcome Package including your personalised Lyoness CashbackCard Blue to your address. For free.
For every purchase or consumption you make via Lyoness at Lyoness partner enterprises and stores, we credit an immediate refund of 1 – 2% of that purchase sum to your credit account. As soon as you have collected at least € 10, - on your credit account, the cash will be sent to your private bank account. Besides that, you get the so-called friendship bonus for all purchases made by Lyoness customers you recommended to Lyoness. After successful registration you immediately receive your login data via e-mail and SMS.
No. Lyoness membership is absolutely free of charge.
The minimum age for successful registration is 14 years. However, that person will need a signature from his/her parents or legal guardians.
Your personal bar code.
No. The sole purpose of your CashbackCard is to register the purchases you made so that your credits can be calculated. Your Lyoness CashbackCard is not a means of payment.
When you sign up you will need to state your name, address, date of birth and your mobile telephone number.
