Login at your personal online office by entering your user name and password under www.lyoness.at. Then browse via the dealer search function or online shop overview to find any particular dealer or store. 2. Shopping As soon as you find the right partner shop, click on the logo or the button “to online shop”. The selected shop appears in a new window and you can then shop as usual according to the terms of use specified by that particular partner store. Money back You can view your transactions within 24 hours under the menu point “my purchases” / “open purchases” at your Lyoness online office. As soon as your purchase is complete, i.e. it includes the periods allowed for return or exchange of goods and delivery deadlines, your credits will be refunded to your credit account.
